Innovating Transaction Protection with Physics
At Qlok, we’re redefining security for a quantum future. Our patent-pending QETS technology harnesses quantum entanglement to deliver quantum-safe transaction protection with advanced tamper detection, beyond the reach of cryptography’s vulnerabilities.
We aim to secure finance, communications and beyond in markets forecast to reach about US $12 billion for quantum communications and cryptography and roughly US $10 billion for secure digital wallets by 2030.

Qlok: Innovating with quantum physics.
Edward Starrs, CEO
Edward Starrs, Founder and CEO of Qlok, Inc., is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience pioneering transformative payment and security technologies. He invented the Quantum Entanglement Transaction Security (QETS) system, leveraging quantum entanglement to deliver unhackable transaction protection, and developed a scalable photon transmission network to combat fraud. Previously, as Founder/CEO of MEC, Inc., Starrs technology processing over $12B fraud-free in the US, and billions in Africa for major financial institutions His award-winning FinTech innovations, including eMobile and omni-channel payments, revolutionized digital transactions. As Founder/CEO of Transformational Technologies, he led AI-driven fraud mitigation and security solutions for finance, defense, healthcare, and retail. Based in Folsom, CA, Edward drives Qlok’s mission to pioneer quantum‑safe security in emerging markets for quantum communications, post‑quantum cryptography and secure digital assets.
Timothy West, CTO
Timothy West, CTO of Qlok, Inc., brings over 15 years of expertise in AI, machine learning, and quantum technology to advance Quantum Entanglement Transaction Security (QETS). With degrees in Physics, Mathematics ,Computer Science, and leadership at Carbon Qube Technologies and JUUL Labs, he specializes in quantum vulnerabilities, such as eavesdropping and device flaws, shaping Qlok’s security approach. Tim’s technical vision guides Qlok’s prototype roadmap, ensuring quantum‑resistant solutions for secure transactions. His contributions are pivotal to Qlok’s technology, partnerships and its mission to lead the US $12 B quantum communications and cryptography and US $10 B secure wallet segment by 2030.
